I went there two time around 4pm, they asked me to make appointment next time even though they are free. I work on weekdays, it is hard to have time to go to the bank. Maybe they are worried it will be overtime and they want to go home on time.

- LRLinda ReyesDec 26, 20201.0Talking to a banker there was a horrible experience today. She was rude and raising her voice at me. She refused to set up an appoinment for me to talk in person with anyone about concerns I had with my account. I even asked to speak with management which she refused. She may have been having a bad morning but it doesn't justify being rude to customers. The owner of that branch should be more aware of the horrible treatment towards customers by his/her employees and reprimand them. Maybe some training in customer service may serve them well.
