- ABabdel bouarabaMay 31, 20251.0Very bad bank branch I will give them 0 .I was there for making wire transfer international. I asked them the rate exchange cost she told me the merchants he going to receive money depending how much rate exchange in market. And I double ask here making wire transfer online or in branch is samething or diffrant. She told is same only diffrant is fee 25 online 40 in branch but in the end they use their bank rate wiche is very higher than sending money online. And all this she did not clearly with me .and now is late to cancel my wire and I lost 470 dollars with branch when you compared sending money online.i have to make complain soon about this.

This girl at the drive through told me that I have an attitude, when I was simply telling her the reason why I’m here( they forgot to give back my ID and bank card). SHE WAS VERY RUDE! ACTED LIKE SHE OWNS THE PLACE!
