- OPOksana PeysakhSep 22, 20251.0Worst customer service ever. They treated me and my father like scum because we are immigrants from Ukraine. Both the person helping and the manager were so rude, I was disgusted when I left. When I called another bank, American Heritage, they told me there was no reason or rules that exist in which they denied us upon to open a safety deposit box and a checking with 5k at Wells Fargo or any other bank for that matter and she’s a regional manager so she would know. So next week we are opening an account with American heritage because there we were treated like human beings right off the rip. I regret now even having a Wells Fargo credit card and wish I had no affiliation with them at all. I wish they were never bailed out. Horrible horrible bank. Don’t waste your time and they don’t offer free checking whatsoever so there is literally no incentive to go there. Go across the street to TD or any other bank. Wells Fargo is not professional, they’re rude and have no respect or manners. The manager on our way out said in the nastiest tone “ok bye now!”
