- TLTIfphanie LawtonJan 2, 20261.0I would never visit this Wells Fargo location on Roosevelt blvd again! At the northeast plaza. Terrible service and extremely slow. I waited about a half hour to speak to a banker and was never even greeted! They only walked by without even making eye contact. I’ve banked with Wells Fargo for literally 21 years and it’s a waste. I get nothing beneficial out of it and this was the last straw. I live in this area and bank there and felt like nothing. Embarrassing to be with Wells Fargo. I believe when I left someone yelled out we will be right with you! But never said hello or how busy they were or how long or even asked what I needed and how I could best be served so I knew what was going on.

Both the person helping and the manager were so rude, I was disgusted when I left. When I called another bank, American Heritage, they told me there was no reason or rules that exist in which they denied us upon to open a safety deposit box and a checking with 5k at Wells Fargo or any other bank for that matter and she’s a regional manager so she would know. So next week we are opening an account with American heritage because there we were treated like human beings right off the rip. I regret now even having a Wells Fargo credit card and wish I had no affiliation with them at all. I wish they were never bailed out. Horrible horrible bank. Don’t waste your time and they don’t offer free checking whatsoever so there is literally no incentive to go there. Go across the street to TD or any other bank. Wells Fargo is not professional, they’re rude and have no respect or manners. The manager on our way out said in the nastiest tone “ok bye now!”
