I mean really dont you treat your customers with a smile and say the name. Then say please follow me. Why would I sign in..because I need help..do I need to tell you out loud so everybody can hear.. Do other people need to know my business? .hell no. She needs customer service rebot. I dont belong to this bank thankgod..

Horrible customer service, and inadequate time management....
