- ADAngela DellapiaDec 10, 20251.0Apparently no one works during open hours sitting in the drive thru for over 15 min that I called the bank itself Robert answered and said she’s coming (hung up) …well miss thang sure did come yelling in the speaker that I only had to hit the call button once .! I did 15 mins ago and not a single person came to say” please hold Im working with a customer.” Instead she told me only hit the button once when she gets there she’ll get there .! This is how Wells Fargo treats their customers.! One’s that been banking with them since wachovia days .! This is exactly why more and more people are pulling their money and going elsewhere.! Pulling mine the end of this month .! P.s once the rep was advised this is being recorded did the attitude change .! This is no way to bank .!

And their services average here, depends on the customer and what transaction's they making for the moment. It can be a quick wait or a slow wait, either way. I don't mind it at all, their services are great. What matters most to me; How they manage to take care of you no matter how long you take.
