- KLKathy LeApr 8, 20241.0The route traffic so bad to get to this bank since one of the way enter block for fixing the road. I have 4pm appointment and i was late. I came in and tell them that i was late because of traffic (one of big truck try to u-turn and cause me 10 mins traffic delay), the security guard say ok have a seat and I waited 15 mins (during that one girl came to me and asked me what i need, i said open new account and she likes okay then walked away) until another security guard saying that they don’t take any new opening account after 4pm, i said i have an appointment and he said i was late and they won’t take me that day. If they tell me right there when I came in that they won’t take me since I’m late I wont waste my time sitting there . Unprofessional!!
- MRMaryann RodriguezSep 29, 20231.0Very unprofessional they don’t great you and they let you stand there even if no one in-line and there is usually 3 tellers at that time they talk to each other and don’t even look up to let you know someone will be right with you and I have a business account with them from my job I would never let my customers stand there without actually acknowledging them and honestly I would not have a job if I did they were having a conversation about lunch while I stood there waiting to be waited on
