I called the number on the back of a card, and they hung up first rather than transfering me. The second time I was transferred to an automated system, which doesn't work either. The system told me that I can use the new PIN immediately. The PIN doesn't work even an hour later, and I don't think it will if I don't call again. What a waste of time.
