- ESEduardo Sánchez-UbanellJan 26, 20245.0I came in to get some personal checks. The staff was very friendly, including the security guard who greeted me when I walked in. There was no line and I spoke with a bank teller named Michelle who was very nice and helpful. She helped me get the checks I needed and everything was handled with great customer service!
- HKHeather KaganNov 7, 20231.0Closed an account and needed to shred the old checks / documents with the account. Called ahead to make sure I could do this at this branch. Then when I arrived they refused to do it for “security reasons”, refused to look up my closed account, etc. glad I’m leaving this bank they’re useless.

The person on the front desk his name is ROBERT FREDA ....he literally told me to go to different location to get service just because if I was asking him it's late is shame on Wells Fargo to have that kind of personality on the front desk no we will move our business to another bank .
