- PFPark FrostJun 2, 20251.0dysfunctional cosplay bank - tile clad shoebox with an unhelpful guy in gaming headphones checked fully out. company policies that seem to intentionally make things difficult - requiring people to go in person to do legal name change when literally every single other company (banks, utilities,…) can do it online. then you go in person and get this goofy fake bank. absurd. will be glad to close this account.

I get too many rolls at a time to open them all up in front of them. Not breaking my bank, but still quite frustrating.

Then when I arrived they refused to do it for “security reasons”, refused to look up my closed account, etc. glad I’m leaving this bank they’re useless.
