- SSSteve SmithSep 2, 20151.0this wells fargo is horrible it is in the kensington section which is drug infested and is primarily Latino and because i was young and white with a address on my licences that was out of Philadelphia the bank teller automatically stereotyped me right away and assumed that i was down there taking out to by drugs and kept asking me what im doing around there with a mocking smirk and saying your so young its really a shame and then proceeded to tell me that this neighborhood would eat me alive and just belittle me like i was a piece of trash and the manager could hear her but he didn't intervene it was just down right degrading and unprofessional i literally couldn't believe it. i never right reviews for places this is actually the first one ever. On top of all of that there line basically goes out the door and it will take you 20 to 45 minutes just to get out of the bank for what should be a simple few minute transaction. you would think if it was so jammed up the manager would step and try to help out at the windows but no he just walks in circles doing nothing acting like hes doing something. Theres only one good thing about this place which is the security guard he very friendly and helpful he seen i had a empty water bottle and took it from me and brought it back filled with cold water!
