- MOMatt O'DonnellNov 6, 20251.0I live in a building that was not listed "Residential" in their system. It's genuinely the only place I can receive mail and..IT'S WHERE I LIVE. They closed my account, never told me and I had to go to the bank to pick up the remainder of my balances. When I got there to talk to a banker, it took him 30 minutes to find out why my account was closed. Shame on them.
- OJOlivia JulianJun 11, 20251.0I went to change my name on my account after getting married. My maiden name is now my middle name and then my new last name. Despite having an old passport with the name on both my credit and debit cards (which I had with me), my old original social security card and my new social security card and my marriage certificate, I was told that I needed a "new marriage certificate" which is not even possible. I will be changing my bank after being a member for 10 years and do NOT recommend this branch or Wells Fargo in general. They do not care about their customers.
- SBShay BJan 18, 20241.0They have issues with their card reader and the door doesn’t open to the bank always. There is a door bell which you can ring but no one comes to the front to assist you. Poor customer service!!!
- DRDavid RipoliJul 24, 20185.0My Mom banked with Wells Fargo long before it was even called by that name. I believe it was First Union Bank. She was of a generation that believed in certificate of deposits and tried her best to be sure her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were each given one even though their value was very low. Her savings unfortunately depleted as care was needed... After she passed, I was left with the responsibility of trying to organize what remained. A Wells Fargo Bank employee by of the name of Fielding Miller helped above and beyond. He was professional, polite and caring. A definite asset to Wells Fargo. At this time when my siblings and I are trying to decide on how to proceed, you can be sure Mr. Miller has given us cause to stay. My thanks to him and to Wells Fargo Bank for having such dedicated individuals working with them.
