- MOMatt O'DonnellNov 6, 20251.0I live in a building that was not listed "Residential" in their system. It's genuinely the only place I can receive mail and..IT'S WHERE I LIVE. They closed my account, never told me and I had to go to the bank to pick up the remainder of my balances. When I got there to talk to a banker, it took him 30 minutes to find out why my account was closed. Shame on them.
- OJOlivia JulianJun 11, 20251.0I went to change my name on my account after getting married. My maiden name is now my middle name and then my new last name. Despite having an old passport with the name on both my credit and debit cards (which I had with me), my old original social security card and my new social security card and my marriage certificate, I was told that I needed a "new marriage certificate" which is not even possible. I will be changing my bank after being a member for 10 years and do NOT recommend this branch or Wells Fargo in general. They do not care about their customers.
