- OOolgaAug 14, 20251.0Worst branch I have been to across the country. Both branch manager and the blond teller are miserable, condescending and unhelpful. I couldn’t get money from my bank account because teller didn’t like it that I had out of state DL and refused service and branch manager couldn’t care less to help. Both of them should not be working in a bank as they seem very discriminatory towards who they decide to serve.

From the moment I walked in the door, the atmosphere was friendly and accommodating. I went in without an appointment hoping they could squeeze me in, and that they did. Polite, efficient, knowledgable, and easy are how I would describe my experience and the staff.
