- MOMariana OlivieriJun 2, 20251.0Please avoid this branch at all cost. Every employee including the banker I spoke with name "Bianca" have no knowledge about checking accounts and programs the bank advertises. She was uneducated about the process to open a checking account which is highly concerning if you are a "banker advisor". When questioned about her level of knowledge she immediately was defensive and rude over the phone because she did have the ability and cognitive level to answer basic question like "tell me a little bit about the process". For a bank institution to hire individuals with poor soft and hard skills is very disturbing if im suppose to trust you with my finances and you have no knowledge. For the employee name 'Bianca" banking is not for you. My advice to is locate a career you can ginuely provide service to a underrepresented and struggling community. You are not making a difference but making harder for the people in the community.
