However, this branch doesn't only lack customer service, but also lacks the ability to problem solve. They refused to deposit a check. When I asked what the issue was and explained that I have made the same deposit before, they still refused, citing that it was not a business account. I drove two miles down the street to another branch and was welcomed warmly and had no issue depositing the same check.

When I returned about a week later to deposit some cash, one of the hundred's included, they accepted the bills and printed me a balance. 2 minutes after i leave, i get a phone call from the teller who tells me the $100 was fake and that they were taking it off my balance. All they did for me was offer a customer service number. Once (and if) this gets resolved I am closing my account here.
