I want to take a moment to recognize Manager Shayna and the entire team at Truist Bank for their exceptional customer service. From the very beginning of my visit to the very end, Shayna went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and every detail was handled with care and professionalism. She didn’t just provide service — she provided a personalized experience. Shayna took extra time to explain everything clearly, followed up promptly, and ensured that every concern I had was fully addressed. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to truly helping customers and making sure they leave completely satisfied. Her kindness, patience, and genuine commitment to helping others reflect the highest level of customer care. Shayna and the Truist team turned what could have been a stressful situation into an easy and positive experience. I sincerely appreciate the way she went the extra mile, and I’ll continue to recommend this branch to family and friends because of her. Thank you, Shayna, for your professionalism, empathy, and outstanding service — you’re a true asset to Truist!

This bank is no longer a community bank! I am taking my money out this week. Hello Citizens bank! I had to transfer money from BB& T to citizens and what a difference with the tellers!
