We were able to straighten out our accounts and merge them into one and the customer service person was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Plus she had a great, happy, and welcoming attitude.

Smiling tellers make efforts to appease long-time customers with chit-chat but the financial and customer services are extremely poor and archaic and fail to adhere to the Truist values of banking.

No one was there - wasted trip. When I call customer service I'm told I've got the wrong line, am given the same number I called or if I am being helped the line goes dead. Makes me want to get another bank!
