I went to withdraw funds, provided all necessary information, including my ID and debit card that matched my account, yet the supervisor denied my withdrawal. Even a coworker recognized me and confirmed I regularly withdraw money there. Frustrated, I left and went to another branch 20 min away, only to discover they locked my account. the supervisor was rude and unprofessional throughout the experience.

I really like the fact that everyone is down to earth and talks with you like a Human to Human. Your just an individual with accounts here. And each time I’ve stopped any locations everyone was really friendly and just nice to work with. Plus because their a super Big Box Bank. There is still a Mom & Pop vibes there. Really enjoy doing business banking with them.
