I usually don't write reviews, but this branch has the worst customer service. I went to withdraw funds, provided all necessary information, including my ID and debit card that matched my account, yet the supervisor denied my withdrawal. Even a coworker recognized me and confirmed I regularly withdraw money there. Frustrated, I left and went to another branch 20 min away, only to discover they locked my account. the supervisor was rude and unprofessional throughout the experience.

Really Great Customer Service. (Especially at this location). But all locations seem to follow the same pattern of how great everyone is when you stop in.
I really like the fact that everyone is down to earth and talks with you like a Human to Human.
Your just an individual with accounts here.
And each time I’ve stopped any locations everyone was really friendly and just nice to work with.
Plus because their a super Big Box Bank.
There is still a Mom & Pop vibes there.
Really enjoy doing business banking with them.

Would give -5 if I could. Non-responsive, impossible to deal with branch manager. Bank itself is horrendously old fashioned - some things MUST be done in person. STAY AWAY!
