  I wasn’t going to leave this review, but the fact that it’s the holidays and this lady did this just to be spiteful I’m going to let it be known and put herselfpp out there. This is the manager a chubby lady that works here I had went in to get my card and the card that she gave me was my secondary card without asking me which card do I need? As long as I’ve been coming to TD Bank, they always ask me which account do I want the card from because there’s two accounts there’s the first account and the secondary account. Why would you give me the secondary account without asking me. If you know you’re a manager and you’ve been working there for years I kind of think she was being spiteful because she laughed when I came back in and also she had me waiting there for a long time like an hour when there was no one there then when someone came she put him in front of me . When I asked her, why did she give me the secondary account instead of the first she said she didn’t see it in the system as long as I’ve been coming to TD Bank they always ask me which account it is so how don’t you see in the system, they must’ve changed the settings or something

  Was trying to sent out money to saving account and Freeze my account for no reason Came to the branch in person with my identification. Nothing was solved even though I logged in the bank app on my phone in front of banker. They still want to hold my money!!!! So weird!!!!

  This bank seriously need better customer service, the lady Thomas who attended me spoke over me, was very rude, kept giving me smart comments and wasn’t helpful whatsoever it honestly seemed like she just wanted to get me over with fast. Very unprofessional experience.

  I just read a previous review where this person said that they sometimes wished that they they were white, and how this black employee seemed to ignore her and gave bad customer service. Well, I'm half white, and probably look just white to most, and let me tell you I feel like that's why I got terrible customer service from a black employee here. I originally wasn't going to bring race into this review, but the previous reviewer did, and this is actually how I felt. If it's the same employee, perhaps she just doesn't like people in general. Idk. Anyways, she was a little rude and condescending, and was definitely of no help at all. I questioned a maintenance fee I didn't agree with, and like i just said, she was no help. So, I left and just called instead and got the fee waived with no problem. Moral of the story: some people just shouldn't be in customer service. Especially her. She was a waste of time and a disappointment for sure. I even considered closing my account because of that interaction with her. If she couldn't waiver the fee herself, she could've suggested calling like i did anyways. If you're going to work with people you should be helpful and friendly. She was neither.
