- MBMichael BaileyFeb 5, 20225.0Edit: After several months of issues Jano at this location basically rapid fire solved them. Also gave me their contact in the event of other issues, total 180. Had an unused account frozen without notice. Came in to identity verify in person. They were incredibly nice, said give it 15 minutes and it’s been a day and it’s still frozen. The account hasn’t even been used, they just froze the opening deposit. On the phone and in person the argument was fraud is hard to reach due to the pandemic staffing shortages, but that doesn’t really work for me when you’re alleging identity theft on my accounts. Access to funds is a fairly basic function of banking.
