They said they changed it and I double checked the spelling and numbers and they assured me it was going to be sent to my new address. They must have done something wrong because TD still sent my new card the wrong invalid address. I called customer service today and they said it was sent back and they could only send me the new one that would take ten days and if I wanted it expedited it would be $35 fee. I said send it normal because I should not have to pay extra for their mistake. The agent spoke to their manager and they thankfully waived the fee. Customer service line gets 5 stars for that but Broad & Jackson gets 2 because it should have never happened. Still annoyed I have to go another week with no debit card.
