If I’ve got to get a new card, I end up waiting for 20 minutes or more just to be seen by someone, while people that came in after me get waited on. Td charges a fee every month for their basic checking account. The only reason to pay the is for their basic checking convenience they offer. If they’re not convenient because they won’t help you in a timely matter, why should I bank with them anymore?

I miss some of the familiar faces that used to be here nut the new remodeled location is great, and I do a lot of banking and business with TD. Of all the national banks, TD is the most convenient but that convenience often comes with a headache, and that is to blame on the TD Bank computer systems and glitches every now and then.
