As a first-time user of my Borderless account in the U.S., I encountered an issue withdrawing funds from the ATM. Christopher went above and beyond to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. He was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding throughout the process, making sure everything was sorted without adding any unnecessary stress. His professionalism and willingness to help did not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate the exceptional service he provided.
- YYYan YuJul 1, 20211.0Worst bank I have experienced in my life. Homeless people come here to sit in customer service waiting chairs with no mask and security personnel reading his cell phone. Bank has an iPad sign in queue but staff completely disregard the order of arrivals. A complete joke of a bank. To think I used TD for 15 years and 10 years prior to that in Canada and see how a business deteriorated like this, is sadness & madness. Zero star!
