- CSC SmithNov 29, 20251.0Had an identity theft situation a few months ago even though I never had an account with them, the investigation took nearly a month in which I could not receive my social security because of the alledged amount held by some other person in Florida . I would never open an account with them because I was treated as the culprit. I took all kinds of personal ID to them as proof.,finally I get a letter that was obviously typed on somebody’s computer not from investigator, there was no letter head or date. Thanks TD Bank
- TST SNov 1, 20251.0I'm just going to repeat what most reviews are staying, you need more tellers available at certain hours! It seems that it is their strategy to make you lose your patience and leave, so they don't have to employee more tellers. You don't value your customers time.

They act like they close at 6 PM, but in reality, they stop helping customers after 5. He gave me unnecessary trouble just because he didn’t want to work a few more minutes. What a disappointing branch! I’ll never come back here again.
- LVLana VerruniSep 14, 20251.0If I could give it zero stars I would! I’ve been banking here for 20 yrs and it was once my favorite branch. For one they do not have enough tellers/staff. I waited 35 minutes to open an account for my daughter and then they proceeded to help two customers that came in after me….one customer was opening an account as well and seen before me. The reason that I was given was “oh they were in a few times this week and that both employees(2 working this particular day)couldn’t open accounts at the same time. The other employee proceeded to help the costumer that walked in last. No explanation given. The reason being, in my opinion, poorly managed branch, understaffed and lack of customer service training. I recommend that training be done at this branch to ensure better costumer service.
