    I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Xiani, the bank teller, has been consistently terrible. Every time I come to the counter, she is openly rude, dismissive, and behaves as if customers are an inconvenience rather than people who deserve basic respect. Her tone is unfriendly, her attitude is unprofessional, and she makes routine interactions feel stressful and unpleasant. Banks are supposed to be places where customers feel supported and valued. Instead, dealing with Xiani feels like being talked down to. If this branch wants to keep loyal customers, they seriously need to address her behavior and retrain her on professionalism and customer service. I hope management takes this seriously, because no one should be treated this way.

    I just closed bank account with td today. Worst customer service in all branches in Philadelphia. Disappointed!

    las peores antenciones tenia cita 9:am llegue 9:05 estaban atendiendo otra persona cuando llega despues de mi una senora y daniel stewart no me quizo abrir la cuenta por antender esa persona primero si es por preferencia de clientes deberian de no abrir citas!
