  I went in to deposit a cashiers check for my business and there isn’t a normal counter with tellers. It’s desks with “agents” is how I would describe it. There’s a waiting area in the front with chairs to sit at but it feels like I should have had an appointment and there are two people in front of me in “line” even though it’s just people in a waiting area…. No “line”. Someone came in after me and he has no idea what’s going on either, it seems. I only know to wait because the security guard told me this is the “new” system. Not a fan. I have a business and have things to do! This is weird and not user friendly. If you aren’t in a hurry and enjoy spending time waiting, then visit this location. This makes me want to leave TD bank altogether!

  This place goes above and beyond with their customer service. Ivan Bragin and Anmarys gave me the highest customer service I’ve ever experienced from a bank. Ivan most recently went above and beyond by calling me personally multiple times to follow up and resolve several new account openings for me, doing all the leg work. All I had to do was come back in to sign. I’ve had similar experiences with Anmarys when I opened my business account at TD. Truly I couldn’t be a happier customer and they both deserve major promotions for their kindness, legwork, and professionalism. 10/10.

  My family and I recently received kind, flexible, and professional service at this bank. Richard and Felix specifically helped us over the phone and in-person. The inside of the bank was clean and inviting, and all staff were well-dressed and pleasant to work with. I recommend it to others.
