  I don’t normally write reviews but I had to share my experience. A week or so I came to the bank very upset, I was not having a good day and I expected to hear that they couldn’t help me, that I would have to call customer service, etc..since I went through this with a previous bank regarding a card/fraud issue that I unknowingly caused myself. I was greeted so politely by the tellers and when I asked for the manager straight away they didn’t hesitate to help me. The manager (Miella?? Sorry, her name slipped my mind) came out and assisted me right away. She was very sympathetic and helped me for almost an hour. I was offered water, she made a call and fixed my issue. She was very personable and so was the staff. Thank you for making my day easier and for being so understanding. I will not be switching banks ever again!

  Mirella Bakalli was a very helpful person to me while I was in the process of opening up a bank account. She was very kind and patient with me, answering every question I had with a smile on her face. My experience with her was lovely and I would reccomend this bank to others.

  I have never write a negative review. This is my first time. I Went to deposit a check on a business account. I had a chance to meet with Mirela Bakalli (the bank manager). Very unpleasant and unprofessional woman. She needs to learn how to listen to the customers and learn to use words like "thank you " "please " ... plus she didn't even try to help me when I got an error message while I was trying to set up online banking.

  Customer service is terrible. They lure you in with this promotion of opening a checking account where you get 300 dollars after you make a deposit of 500 or more but they never honor it. You ask for a supervisor and they say they dont have any.
