They go above and beyond to help you get loans when you them and make sure you can pay them back without high interests rate. Recently I was "spoofed". I got an call from the exact same number of the AAFCU and was asked to verify my information. When they asked for my username I got suspicious and hung up. Called back to speak with someone to see if they called me to verify a fraudulent purchase and they did not. I asked them to turn my card off and they said they were unable to. I asked if there was anything they can do to help since someone has some of my information and I don't want them to get into my account and they said there was nothing they can do. I had to report my card lost or stolen in order for them to cancel my card and they wouldn't send me another one. When I need hp they helped but when I need protection they couldn't. It was a huge eye opener for me.
