The woman working the counter handled everything professionally and kept everyone informed the entire time. She was attentive, positive, and made the wait much more pleasant. Once things were up and running, she worked quickly, was extremely knowledgeable, and explained all of my options clearly. She even gave me a dollar so I wouldn’t have to use my credit card, which I really appreciated. Outstanding customer service and a very pleasant experience overall.
