- KKkiran kumarJul 14, 20251.0I had a disappointing experience at this branch. I went in to get a document notarized, something I’ve done at other TD Bank locations without any issues. However, they refused to notarize the same document here, with no clear explanation. I ended up going to another TD Bank branch where they notarized it right away without any problem. It’s frustrating when different branches of the same bank operate so inconsistently. I wouldn’t recommend relying on this location for notary services.

Then having to walk handicap to use machine in vestibule it should ask you how you want the cash. Giving a big bill and more. Is not helping if you need 5s. Ask. change how the machine dispenses cash. Thanks

The staff in the Paoli office is particularly patient, kind, and accommodating of any of my sometimes tedious needs. I am tremendously grateful to every single one of them; Judson, Kirsten, Chris, Reem, Cheryl, the whole bunch. Thank you for reminding me of what real customer service and banking relationships should be like. Thank you
