One employee literally laughed at me while lecturing me on my finances when I tried to get a loan for a car a few years ago & attempted to hit me with a very high interest rate compared to the one I eventually got from another bank without the attitude. Terrible addition to the local community. BUT the KeyBank app is awesome so just avoid anyone at this branch and your fine.

She was not lazy and just trying to get another account for her bank, she meticulously went through all of my options and genuinely helped me pick what best fit my needs.
