Gigi, who is always helpful and nice, told me not to worry and she would get ahold of the fraud risk for me and get a new card sent out, she also remembered my name too! I was there not even an hour ago and she just gave me a call saying I was all good and I should be expecting a new card in the next week or two. I appreciate her reaching out for me because I was getting fed up with being on hold. I recommend this bank and definitely this branch in particular! :)
