5 stars in every way. When I wanted to open a checking account, they told me I needed an appt. Even though I didn't have one, they took me and squeezed me in anyway. I informed them that mother had just passed the day prior and that I was in a bit of a hurry......no problem. They helped me with both quickness and efficiency! So glad I chose this bank and this location. Not sure why there's so many negative reviews bc I haven't experienced ANY negativity here. I would recommend this bank to anyone.
