YIKES

Use it this morning and it was broken, swolled my card and wouldn't cancel....all before even adding my pin. Their machine is broken but now I have to get a new card because they can't trust themselves enough to hold the card in case its used by someone. Their words. So they're policy is to destroy any card that isn't theirs. They will hold their own but block it temporarily because again someone might use it even though the bank has it in their possession. Sounds like they don't trust their own to me. Very questionable, frustrating and not right.
