All of the staff from the East Mckeesport branch has been replaced and now in the North Huntingdon branch. Very frustrating. The NH staff was moved because the Jeannette branch closed and those employees moved over. What sense does that make? The new females are not friendly. Why did something that was not broke? I talk about this with other members while standing in line. One more employee gets moved I'm done

Very frustrating when corporate tells its clients something, then when arriving at the branch in North Huntingdon, they have a completely different process. The manager told me corporate was wrong and basically threw them under the bus. Very unorganized and disappointing, especially when it comes to my hard earned money. I will be canceling my account with Key Bank and taking my business elsewhere.
