I just wanted to thank the wonderful staff at the particular branch for helping me setup my small business account and merchant services. I was treated with so much respect and kindness. Ms. Cineus was very informative and helpful with details and preparation. I felt a little lightheaded and she was kind enough to give me a bottle of water. Thank you so much and I’m proud to say that Truist bank is my go to for my business needs. Thank you once again from DZSGLOBAL.US !!!

When it comes to banking, stay away from BB&T! For example, when a cd matures on a certain date, they make you wait till the next day before you can make any changes. Thats just the beginning, when making a direct transfer to another bank concerning an IRA they charge you $50.00 for the direct transfer of your money. There are so many other banks to choose from, stay away from this one. Too many bad experiences with this institution.
