The absolute worst customer service EVER! I'd stay far away from this branch as possible. The teller was extremely rude and branch manager on was very unprofessional.

You expect to walk into a bank if you need change. That was not the case today when I went in. Apparently the policy is to not do this for non-customers. Maybe other banks do this as well, and if so I'd give those banks 1 star also. I came here with my daughter before and they did give me change that time, so perhaps if you are not a customer, bring a cute child with you and they'll give you change (and a balloon for the kid).

An unprofessional experience. I deal with 10 to 15 different banks on a regular basis and this one of the worst. Terrible policies that no other banks have coupled with poor teller training.

The worst experience ever Ive never been so embarrassed by a customer facing business in my life have a client that wrote a check on a bb and t checking account even after verifying with client they would not cash check because the bank manger obviously has something against people that are not clients because and he used this the voracity of said check even though they confirmed with client the bank manger refused me service and threatens to call the police on me his name Dan Doyle vp if dans boss could reach out to me I would appreciate it but don’t worry dan I went to the one on the mainline and there manger couldn’t have been more helpful along with his employees Queen and Rochelle when called back to ask I was hung up on numerous times by dan the manger explains the other branch cashed it no problem and the way I was treated was unacceptable and would like his bosses number email or corporate and both he and the lady who answered refused and hung up on me 4 times !!!
