- CRCarla RDec 12, 20255.0The employees at the Newtown Square branch of TD Bank went WAY above the threshold of excellent customer service for me today. Upon leaving the bank, my car key fob dropped and slipped into the sewer grate outside the entrance. I went back into the bank to inquire about contact info for the maintenance person who cleans the sewer, and instead, the staff took it upon themselves to spend their time and energy retrieving my key fob. EVERY employee in the bank treated me with courtesy, which I'm sure would not have happened at most other banks.One male teller fashioned a "fishing" tool out of a broom handle, and the bank manager even got involved by attaching a fork to the end! I really appreciate the fact that a staff of professionals spent a part of their work day helping me solve a problem that had nothing to do with business. This proves that they REALLY care about their customers!
