    I've have banked with this branch for a little over a year. I hate it and would recommend taking your finances elsewhere. First incident I deposited a check by the mobile banking app. I've been doing it for quite some time. I deposited a check which cleared on my end because they tell you to keep it until the check clears or for 14 days. When the check cleared on my end I assumed that my money was safe to use nope $300 debit adjustment unfortunately I couldn't find the check to resubmit they said it was an issue with imaging that all four corners had to be in the picture. I took that finical loss and stated. Recently I was placing a Walmart order and the charge got denied, I checked my account and the funds are on hold for Walmart however the order never went through but key bank with it's bright mind sent the money over. I called to ask if the funds can be released she states "tell them to give you the stuff because they already have the money" it doesn't work like that. I can say I have a million in my account and can't buy anything with just the words. So now those funds are on hold. I'm also told it'll be released the next day which has been 3 next days. Now this is what is driving me crazy. I placed a ride for an Uber yesterday cancelled 1 ride (receipt says zero) then I have it charged to my account 4 separate times to where it's now overdrawn and I can't get my child diapers because I trusted this bank to handle my money with care. So my suggestion is that if you're a single parent or on a fixed income do not bank here they do not care and will play around with your money

    Ellen is great! They are mostly all super nice Super clean and they have lollipops for my angel. Ellen however always is the most helpful and figured out issues even corporate and customer service agents can't figure out.
