The teller told me that she would close it the next business day & if there were no issues, she would not need to call. Fast forward a month, I am getting paperwork in the mail about my still open account. I assumed that it was closed since I did not receive a phone call. I have emailed the manager and have yet to hear a response. I would not recommend banking here. - changed to 4 stars because of Christopher Reyes who helped me out! & was consistent and kind!
