I continue to have my primary accounts through ENB because the customer service beats any other "local" bank I have used. I occasionally go to one of the branches while in the area visiting family. Today I visited Hinkletown, and the teller, Laura, was friendly and helpful.
- CPChris PattonMar 9, 20233.0I like having a local bank that's not owned by a large conglomerate, however the waiting lines were almost out the door with only 2 tellers available. I try to do most of our banking online or through the drive through but sometimes I need to actually go inside. There are often many employees there and I would think they'd notice the long lines and temporarily add another teller to assist in busy times. This has happened the last 3 times I needed to go inside, not an isolated incident.
