- CBChris BrownMar 14, 20251.0What an absolute embarassment the New Holland branch and Allen Wessel is!!! He's been targeting the assisted living communities for years by telling them that he's there to assist in every way possible and be there for every event along the way. However, when life comes calling, he fails miserably to be available when it finally matters. My family doesn't have a million dollars under his management, and perhaps thats why he's ignoring the many voice mails we've left, even after our family emergency situation. Its pathetic really, but he does put on a good show to get the account initially. At bare minimum, we'd at least expect some sort of response from the branch. It's considered common courtesy, especially under the circumstances. Its as if he's been targeting the elderly to take advantage of them. From my family's recent experience, there are much better choices in Lancaster County that will do a much better job. This has been a horrible experience and I hope that this post will save you from making the same mistake my family made years ago.
