Ever since Truist took over the ATM never works. Stopped by today and couldn’t withdrawal any cash. Last 2 or 3 times I stopped by it was closed for maintenance. The employees in the bank are VERY kind and friendly. Truist also moved the ATM out to the outside lane of the drive thru which is also a teller lane (I believe) so if you are waiting for the ATM you have to get in line with the teller line, which honestly defeats the whole purpose of an AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINE.
