- ZRZayne RowlandJan 31, 20241.0Staff suddenly has forgotten who I am after showing up to cash my check every Wednesday for over a year and now feels the need to question my identity every week even though it is THE SAME TELLER EVERY TIME. I also have had increasing wait times at the drive-thru in the past month, up to 15 minutes. This has never been a problem here in all the years I've used FNB. All together, the entire bank has gotten worse in terms of security, efficiency, and customer service, locally and remotely. I've been considering closing my account for months after a security breach and I believe it is finally time. Good riddance to this God awful chain of banks that probably thinks expansion is helping them when they need to focus on their technology and customer service being good FIRST. I have now learned that the name of the employee that has been my main issue is Tonia (sp?) and I'm not the only one. I genuinely hope her employment here ends soon.

- GWG WJul 23, 20191.0Every time I go into this bank it's nothing but rude employees and bad experiences. One time I walked up to the teller and she told me she couldn't help me cause she was working the drive thru, then a lady walked in she knew and she is available all of a sudden, meanwhile I'm still waiting. Another time I had the corner of a $100 bill ripped off, yet both pieces had matching serial numbers. I was told rudely we can't accept that. So I went to PNC and they had no problem. This place is garbage. I absolutely hate going in there. Not to mention they had a flood like 6 months ago and it stinks, and they still haven't fixed it. You would think a bank could afford to fix some drywall, dang!
