BEWARE IF YOU ARE AN EARLY BANKER. I arrived at the Nazareth branch today, about 20 minutes before they opened and parked in the first spot, that wasn’t handicapped. I parked and sat for approximately one minute before a woman approached my vehicle motioning for me to roll my window down. (Why is this stranger approaching me?)((Let’s also keep in mind, I have more money than I am comfortable with, sitting on my passenger seat.)) She told me that for security purposes she needed me to move my vehicle to another spot ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE LOT because one of the girls inside will call the police if I stay parked here.
WHAT???
At 9am. I walked ACROSS THE LOT and walked past the other cars that pulled in and parked where I was told to move from. I went in and asked the name of the branch manager and stopped myself there because I was far too angry to speak with anyone at that time. I mentioned the incident and the cashier agreed that is a policy.
FYI- there are NO SIGNS STATING THIS!
I cannot FATHOM what would possess this person to approach me in this way and say what she said. It wasn’t an ask. It was a blatant comply or we will call the police statement.
It’s 5 hours later and I am still in disbelief and agitated.
I’ll be pulling my accounts. I would have left there, had time allowed but some of us don’t have that option.

This bank is horrible. I’ve been using them for probably 10 years until now. They won’t ever cash my checks that I need for work. First time I went i had a cashiers check written directly to me for $8k. The lady behind the counter must have thought I was a scammer (or at least it felt that way) and had to make phone calls to multiple banks, the guy who wrote the check, etc and even after clarifying all of that information she still was hesitant to cash it. Then months later I come in with one around $6k and the lady cashed it no problem. Then today I go to cash another $6k (months later) and they refused to cash it. I asked them why and they wouldn’t even give me an answer. It’s a personal check there is no reason why it can’t be cashed. Went down to peoples first and they cashed it without a question, as I’m sure any other bank would. The service here is terrible. I won’t ever use them again.
