- ABAugie BinderOct 25, 20231.0DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!! My sister went to close my deceased mothers checking account with a $100 balance. They wouldn’t let her close it without a paid receipt for the funeral and told her the surrogate court letter saying she is an executor is going to expire. I never heard of such a thing. If they need the $100 that bad they can keep it. Incredibly terrible customer service never go here!

I was directed by a staff member to go to the bathroom and this teller yelled across the bank. "You can't go in there.." Obviously I ignored this ignorant teller and walked back to the bathroom.
