- CBC BMar 22, 20231.0Every time I stop at this bank, it takes 20 minutes to get service and then it is subpar. The younger tellers are more polite and the older women are condescending and fake. I’d rather go out of my way to go to the New Kensington branch or any other branch and get great service, quicker.

When it was given to me as a loan thru my 401k for hardship! I need the money for a place n they do this!? Go to literally any other bank up there. Avoid First National Bank in Natrona Heights. I get better service everywhere else
