This location is disappointing to say the least. I was trying to cash a check from this bank itself at this location with no account and the branch manager Victoria was very rude. From the start she handed me back my check and ID and said I can’t verify this for you today and walked away. I understand there is a process and was understand of that and knows it needed to verified but I went back in to ask a few questions to figure out how I could verify the check and she was nothing but dismissive and rude and told me she was too busy and didn’t have time at the moment to deal with the situation. I have never been treated like this is my entire life and working in customer service myself I am appalled at how this was handled.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had in my life. I opened an account online, went in the next morning to deposit and cash a troll check and the lady gave me so much attitude and so much extra-ness. Then she authorized my check and gave me back to me. Can’t cash it now. Bank does nothing about. Absolute trash. You would think since banks use out money to make money they would be a little nicer to us but no.
