- RRRaeJul 8, 20241.0Zero star if possible. They do not alert in the event of overdraft and just continuously charge you fees on top of fees. I’ve never seen a bank with such terrible policies. Customer services will beat around the bush when you try to close your account due to their horrendous operations, and are never helpful. I have great relationships with various different banks, but this one takes the cake as the worst ever.
