    The people at this branch are awesome. But TD Bank itself needs to stop making transactions take longer with all these extra steps. You shouldn’t need my debit card then send me a text to verify then i can finally deposit money when I am with a teller. It’s too many useless steps. If someone wants to deposit money into my account, let them lol

    Worst manager at this TD bank. Not good customer service. Instead of helping people the manager argues and now I am planing to take my acct somewhere else where customers are treated with respect and kindness.

    2 stars for doing a ok job for 15 years when I was banking with them, but not any longer. I went to this location to open a checking account for my teenage daughter, I was told the bank was about to close in 10 min. 2 extremely unprofessional and rude ladies were like " now we have only 8 minutes left" Really??? I called the corporate office to file a complaint and I heard they supposed to locked the door 5 min before the end of a day and finish with all customers inside. Apparently they hired 2 lazy ladies who do nothing but to ruin the bank's reputation and make customers leave the bank. Not to mention, 2 of my kids have already accounts there, I have my checking, business and saving account. Dear TD bank, there's a bank on every corner, we have a choice

    the manager of this bank is really bad, he is very arrogant and does not give solutions to the customer, no respect to the customer, we will say this bank belongs to him
