- KHKaren HillFeb 18, 20202.0I was making a deposit at the Monroeville branch for a nonprofit church. The teller seemed annoyed that I had a lot of change and acted rude. I told her I had wrapped what could be wrapped when she asked. She then asked me to take the change out and count it for her. Isn’t that her job? Most of the tellers here are usually nice. I’ve never had a teller ask me to count change anywhere before. For the record, this is not where I do my personal banking!
