- AMAmy MitchellMay 12, 20251.0Christina is the worst power trip manager I have ever dealt with. According to Corporate she makes her own rules and post dates cashiers checks which by Pennsylvania Law is against the law. But because KeyBank has no policy on this and should be dated on the day it is written Christina takes it upon herself to do as she pleases. So if it's Saturday she post dates it for Monday. I should have just had her give me the cash, as I am a Key Bank Customer. Remember that when you try to tell me other banks do the same thing when they show me first hand differently to my face. Don't try to lie or discriminate against people who you are dealing with on a daily basis. You can not talk down to people or dismiss them tell them to you are done here. Do Better...and your a manager?

- SSSDec 15, 20171.0Slow service. Rude tellers. Lacking basic customer service. Watch out for their checkless checking account - don't get taken by that scam. They hold ALL checks for 7-21 days. Any gas purchase places a $100 hold on your account for 7 days. If you want to deposit a check here, take my advice and get it cashed at a Wal-Mart or other check cashing place and deposit the cash at this bank. They don't hold cash deposits for 7-21 days... yet. I went here to get a roll of quarters from my account and was hassled by the teller in a rude and belittling voice. Find another bank, because if you "choose the red key", you're opening yourself to terrible customer service, shady practices, ridiculously long account holds, rude employees that shouldn't have any customer service job, and misidentified and misleading bank accounts. Choose any key except this one.

Right beside me! No "hello", no "we'll be with you as soon as possible". The kicker was when we finally had enough rudeness, we got up to leave. A rep came out of his office (for another reason) looked me right in the eye AND KEPT WALKING! Apparently they don't want our business. Way to make a first impression when you're new to the area.
