UPDATE: Truly the worst, slowest bank EVER!!! I had to go there yesterday to deposit a few checks. I wasn't even getting any cash back! I got there 20 minutes before closing time. I sat at the drive thru window for 10 minutes, pushing the call button 3 times, without anyone even looking at me or acknowledging my presence. They do not have a teller assigned to the drive thru window. Afraid that the bank was going to close before I could make my deposit, I drove around and parked and went in. When I entered, there was nobody in line and only 2 of the 3 tellers were helping anyone. I assume that the 3rd teller was closing out her drawer before closing time rather than helping customers while the bank was still ooyen. As it turned out, one of the 2 tellers helping customers was helping another bank employee, meaning that only 1 of the 3 tellers was helping customers! I stood there for over 10 minutes until after the bank closed! Not sure if the 1 customer being helped was buying a house or what! When I finally got to the window, the teller looked miserable and didn't even greet me or apologize for the delay. She totaled my checks and then I stood there for another 5 to 10 minutes waiting for my receipt without anything happening or anything being said. I felt like I was on one of those prank shows that see how long they can make someone stand there before losing their cool. I maintained my cool and didn't say anything. At one point, I heard the other teller tell the bank employee that the computers kept going down like they frequently do. It truly made me worry about the bank's computer system due to it happening frequently and them doing nothing to correct it. My mom has been a customer for years, but I am seriously considering moving our joint account to a REAL bank like PNC, where I have my accounts. I couldn't even use the ATM bc despite having an account there, we never received a debit or ATM card for our account. Even if we had, presumably the ATM would have had the same computer problems as the windows inside. I agree with the nice people but crazy slow service comments. It can easily take 5 minutes for each customer to cash a check or process a deposit or withdrawal. If there is more than 1 car in front of me at the drive-thru, I usually turn off my car while in line. It can easily be a 10 or 15 minute wait! The biggest problem is that they cannot handle ANY transaction at the drive-thru window and have to walk back and forth to their normal teller window! And don't dare ask for your account balance, because that will take an extra 5 minutes for some reason and arrive written by hand on a piece of scrap paper!

You must have an account to cash any check. They won't even cash their own checks unless you have an account
