Tellers are all very nice. But there’s no distinctive where the line should start. There are two entrances people come in and it’s a disarray people don’t know where to stand at. There needs to be some sort of markings on the floor or a line that directs you to where the line starts.

I honestly thought I was over reacting with this branch HOWEVER I just took a glance at the reviews and believe all of them. I opened my first bank account at this branch well over 10 years ago when they had a real crew there. S/O to Belinda Lovall you are truly missed.
Anyways, today after work I went to deposit money. Per usual none of the THREE ATM's work. It was 4:03 and they wouldnt let me in for a quick transaction to make sure my account was okay. She told me through the door other ATM locations. Im well aware of the other locations, but had no time to go as I have a child in daycare I have to pick up by a certain time. It wouldve took no more than a minute to help me deposit the money, instead it was another 20 minute trip.
The ATM's never work, and they blame the company who comes out to I guess collect the money. After months of the same issues you would think they would schedule more than one pick up a week.
I honestly wouldnt be so mad if I didnt waste my time trying all THREE ATM's before trying to go inside 3 minutes after close. So over 3 minutes citizens has lost a loyal customer. My advice, go to a REAL bank. Plenty located in Monroeville that actually want to help customers. These employees are so worried about getting out instead of helping customers.
Go to PNC, or even the Chase that just opened across the street everyone else has good customer service.

I'm leaving this review because I'm touched by the compassion and high level of customer service that their employee Charles has exhibited. This was my mom's bank and she recently passed. Charles took some matters that seemed overwhelming to me, but he simplified things and got them done!
