They get mad at you then put words in your mouth they got racist entitled situation going on in this bank. I literally walked out because it was a trio of upset bankers because I didn’t like the way I was treated they were mad at me.

Don't do your banking with a company that has these kind of policies. If they're not willing to help customers, why would anymore make an account with you. Complete waste of time, do your business with another bank.
